Incentive | 32 pers | Cape Town and Pilanesberg National Park - South Africa
Daikin RUSSIA (air conditioner company), wants to reward the 32 Top Consultants (14 twin rooms + 4 singles + 1 Tour leader). All participants will be Russian speaking, so the tour guide must be fluent in Russian (a native speaking will be a must)
Period: November 2014
4 nights, in a luxury 5*hotel. An hotel with Daikin air conditioning system would be ideal, but it's not an obligation.
The whole group will fly from Moscow to South Africa (I have to check for the flights)
We want to work out a program who combinate Cape Town + something exclusive (I know that our competitor is working on a program in the Kruger, so we would like to propose something else).
Can we combine Cape town with a short safari, knowing that they will only stay for 4 nights on the spot? We suppose we can’t and that we have to create an amazing program in Cape town that combines good restaurants, culture, nature, time at leisure and some unforgettable incentive touches.

A big Thank you for your work on this group! As usual, we were not disappointed with the XO Events team. It all went smooth and the activities were perfectly alternated with leisure time. The group enjoyed their stay in Cape Town and loved the Ivory Tree lodge, with the game drives. The Wine land day was perfect on everyone's opinion. From the vintage car transfers, to the picnic in Grande Provence, they loved the originality! Again thank you for your involvement and your work on this file.
It was a pleasure working with you,
Hopefully, talk to you soon for a new request!
